Efflins is a traditional Cornish farmhouse, built in the Grand style typical of larger successful farms at the turn of the 19th century. The master suite and lounge are large, with high ceilings and dual aspect windows, with marvellous views that can be enjoyed from the Italian Florentine style dinning table, which seats 6 comfortably or in the master suite from your super comfortable sleigh bed. The Lounge has an extensive library and a comfortable leather sofa and armchair, the whole ground floor is large flagstones of Cornish slate and the lounge is lit by chandelier.
Master Suite
Because we only host single parties you have exclusive use of a large double family room with sleigh bed, fridge and double sofa. The rooms sleeps two adults and two young children, we can supply cots, baby bedding and z-beds. The room has stunning double aspect views of the countryside as far as the moors. ​
Private Lounge & Dining Room
You'll relax and dine in comfort in this splendid slate floored room with six place Italian dining table and classic high chair. The room is brightly lit by day and in the evenings tastefully illuminated from the eight candle chandelier; there is an eclectic library, TV, DVD and even video, as well as have unlimited WiFi access. Efflins is happy to say we have no mobile coverage to ensure your stay has no unwanted interruptions, please feel free to give out our number and should you choose to stay in of an evening there are ample games, DVDs and pursuits available on the library shelves.
